About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Roadshow planning: Together with your team you decide which universities we will visit. You take care of the detailed planning and maintain close communication with universities, student councils and our AMBOSS ambassadors.
Presenting AMBOSS: You create audience‑appropriate presentations and share your own experiences on site. You give students tips for starting medical school or preparing for the Physikum (preclinical medical exam) and show them how to prepare most effectively with AMBOSS.
Project development: You proactively plan new projects and events. Having only recently finished your studies yourself, you know exactly what is needed — and with us you always have the opportunity to implement your own ideas.
Analysis & budgeting: Together with our Data Team you prepare analyses for budgeting and evaluate your projects to fully exploit potential improvements.
Teamwork & insights: You work closely with the entire DACH Campus team. You will broaden your perspective and learn a lot about project management, marketing and B2B partnerships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have you recently completed medical school or are you about to finish?
Are you very familiar with AMBOSS’s features and often reach for your phone to check medical questions on AMBOSS?
Are you an organizational talent who stays on top of things even when plans change at short notice?
Do you enjoy inspiring people, perhaps have experience as a tutor, and would like to speak more often at the front of a lecture hall?
Do you enjoy traveling and want to get to know universities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland?
Are you fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English?
