About the role

  • Own and scale paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while hitting volume targets
  • Develop and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies to drive conversion improvements
  • Analyze campaign performance using platforms like GA4, Looker, and channel dashboards, and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, web, and local teams to ensure message and funnel consistency
  • Report on KPIs (e.g., CPA, LTV, ROAS, CR) and lead regular performance reviews with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
  • Confident working with performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CR) and tools like GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets, and attribution platforms
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
  • Ability to connect campaign performance to broader business goals and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, web, and analytics teams to align efforts and drive results
  • Experienced in briefing, evaluating, and iterating on ad creatives to improve performance
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn—always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes
