About the role

  • Own HubSpot CRM as the centralized admin, ensuring setup, governance, and day-to-day excellence.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing leaders: deeply understand their processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions using HubSpot.
  • Define and manage the HubSpot roadmap, prioritizing requests across teams based on business impact.
  • Partner with channel and market leads, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment between business priorities and HubSpot usage.
  • Coach and enable teams to use HubSpot effectively supporting onboarding, day-to-day usage, and continuous learning.
  • Manage and empower a HubSpot specialist, providing direction, coaching, and development support to ensure high-quality execution and continuous growth.
  • Leverage HubSpot tools (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Enterprise features) to drive process optimization, efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional projects like automating invoicing and contracting for B2B sales deals.
  • Ensure data integrity via imports, clean-ups, de-duplication, and ongoing quality control.
  • Oversee integrations with other systems by collaborating with Data and Engineering teams, ensuring streamlined and accurate data flows.
  • Stay current with HubSpot’s evolving features, driving adoption of new capabilities and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of CRM/marketing automation experience (HubSpot required; Salesforce, Marketo, or similar a plus).
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot Sales & Marketing Hubs, with a proven track record of driving adoption and results.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, ability to prioritize across competing needs, and align diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to translate complex CRM concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on problem solver who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
  • Technical fluency: comfortable with integrations, data flows, and working closely with engineering and data teams.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (automation, A/B testing, tracking, deliverability).
  • Curiosity and drive: passionate about continuous improvement, optimization, and enabling others.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
