Hardware Engineer

• Develop and support Ambiq’s embedded AI runtimes (HeliaRT—our fork/extension of TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers—and HeliaAOT) with focus on portability, correctness, performance, and usability.
• Implement and optimize ML operator kernels and embedded libraries for on-chip acceleration (DSP, vector, NPU), including HeliaDSP and HeliaCore components.
• Build and maintain on-device profiling and performance analysis tools, including converting PMU counters into actionable insights.
• Drive improvements in latency, memory footprint, and energy (e.g., joules/inference) through compute/bandwidth and memory-hierarchy analysis.
• Develop benchmark harnesses, microbenchmarks, and regression tests to ensure numerical correctness and prevent performance regressions.
• Enable seamless customer integration across embedded environments and toolchains (bare metal, FreeRTOS, Zephyr).
• Improve memory planning/runtime efficiency and manage upstream/fork health; publish and maintain customer-facing assets (docs, guides, examples, benchmarks).

Account Manager

• Own full account management across selected strategic global customers, including forecasting, sales pipeline management, and business growth strategies.
• Develop and execute global account plans aligned with Ambiq’s long-term vision and customer requirements.
• Deliver accurate and timely revenue forecasts to internal stakeholders.
• Understand account organization and set up appropriate relationships/goals for each level.
• Gather and analyze organizational intelligence to understand customer decision-making processes, business priorities, and technology roadmaps.
• Provide insights into customer strategies and align Ambiq’s solutions to their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) and key ecosystem partners to ensure design wins and smooth program execution.
• Drive joint business development opportunities across the customer’s supply chain network.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships within global customer organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring Ambiq is positioned as a long-term partner in innovation and growth.
• Maintain and expand Ambiq’s existing business through strong engagement and continued value delivery.
• Secure next-generation wins for Ambiq’s roadmap platforms.
• Identify and penetrate new verticals and application areas where Ambiq’s ultra-low-power technology provides a competitive advantage.

Global Account Manager

• Provide direct support to Global customers with a focus on customers in the assigned region
• Support development and debug of products using Ambiq ultra-low power solutions
• Assist in all aspects of customer design-in process
• Support customers HW and SW development through to full production
• Work closely with Ambiq sales to support customer design-in activities
• Be an authority on low power design, advising customers on optimizing power consumption at a system level
• Perform design reviews of customer schematics and PCB layouts
• Assist customers in the use of Ambiq MCU software development tools
• Support bring up and debug of customer designs including software, hardware, and overall system
