About the role
- Own sourcing strategy for high-priority GTM, G&A, and Non-technical (Core) roles.
- Build talent maps, search strategies, and outreach sequences.
- Partner with hiring managers for alignment on success profiles.
- A/B test outreach messaging to improve response rates.
- Design scalable sourcing systems, including templates and playbooks.
- Act as a core sourcing thought partner within recruiting organization.
- Champion an inclusive candidate experience to build trust.
Requirements
- 5+ years in G&A or GTM sourcing/recruiting
- Deep understanding of Sales, Ops, and G&A functions
- Proven track record of sourcing exceptional talent
- Experience designing sourcing systems
- Ability to craft compelling outreach messages
