About the role

  • You develop visual concepts for our own online campaigns for Google Ads, LinkedIn & social media, mainly to promote the amber product.
  • You apply our corporate identity across various formats: flyers, banners, roll-ups, promotional items, up to complete business stationery.
  • You design promotional materials and exhibition stands that showcase our brand perfectly.
  • You bring designs and videos to life using Photoshop and InDesign.
  • You don't wait for tasks to be assigned — you proactively contribute your creativity to present amber visually and further develop our brand.
  • You help shape our website and bring your keen eye for modern web design.

Requirements

  • You use tools like Photoshop, Canva and InDesign on a daily basis.
  • You have experience designing promotional materials, business stationery, banners and exhibition stands, ideally from project work, agency experience, or the software startup environment.
  • You are creative! You have an eye for visual online campaigns on Google, LinkedIn & social media and are familiar with current design trends.
  • You enjoy working as an interface between different departments and can quickly translate feedback into designs.
  • You have a good eye for web design and know how to make websites visually strong.
  • You are fluent in German and English and can communicate confidently with colleagues and partners in everyday situations.
  • Nice to have: video editing skills are a plus but not required, as long as you are open to experimenting.
