About the role
- You are the first point of contact for prospective customers, whether inbound or outbound.
- You are responsible for outbound campaigns, executing emails, LinkedIn outreach and calls, and regularly analyzing the content mix.
- You plan and organize audience‑targeted webinars, coordinate speakers, manage participant communications and hand qualified leads over to Sales.
- You build the pipeline in the DACH region through research, creative strategies, trade shows and social activities.
- You identify customer challenges early, spark interest and prepare the next step in the sales process.
- You monitor market trends, analyze competitors and contribute to the ongoing development of our Sales Playbook.
Requirements
- You bring initial experience in sales, ideally from a B2B SaaS environment.
- You understand prospects’ needs and have an eye for sales opportunities that you independently identify and act on.
- You are confident working with lead databases and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and use these tools intelligently to fill your pipeline.
- You reliably complete tasks you start and take end‑to‑end ownership.
- You communicate confidently and professionally — in German and English — with stakeholders at various levels.
