About the role

  • You manage our entire hardware fleet (laptops, smartphones, accessories) from setup to replacement
  • You enroll and manage mobile devices via MDM
  • You administer our SaaS systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian)
  • You ensure security standards are enforced (e.g., MFA, password policies, updates)
  • You are the first point of contact for our team for IT questions, both remote and on-site
  • You work on projects such as system migrations, automations, and security upgrades
  • You contribute new ideas to make our IT landscape smarter, faster, and more secure

Requirements

  • You are familiar with Windows, macOS, or both, and are open to learning new technologies
  • You are tech‑savvy, enjoy experimenting, and find solutions when things don’t work
  • You have an eye for security and understand that strong passwords and regular updates are not just annoying but essential
  • You are eager to contribute, take responsibility, and act as the interface between various internal and external contacts
  • You can communicate clearly with colleagues who don’t speak German or technical jargon, as well as with other IT enthusiasts
  • You speak fluent German and have good English skills to navigate software and documentation
