About the role

Partner with the S&O team to identify and deliver AI-driven process improvements and workflow automations.
Use AI tools to streamline operational tasks, reporting and documentation.
Support strategic projects through data analysis, process mapping and insight generation.
Build lightweight dashboards and tools to improve visibility of key metrics and operational performance.
Explore and test new AI products or features that can enhance team productivity and scale.
Help design internal guides, templates and enablement materials to help teams adopt AI tools effectively.

2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you’re structured, logical and comfortable working with data.
Curious and comfortable experimenting with emerging AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.
Effective communicator who can simplify complex ideas and present insights clearly.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building new ways of working.
**Bonus:** familiarity with SQL as well as AI-based systems and automation tools.
