About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source and prospect clients using incoming contacts and other internal company channels, site visits, trade shows, and phone calls.
  • Maintain frequent contact with the internal sales team for building installations, manage client relationships, ensure customer loyalty and perform post-sales follow-up.
  • Prepare commercial proposals aligned with client needs: prepare quotes and close orders.
  • Keep records of client inquiries for future contacts and negotiations (always keep registrations, builder profiles and mailings updated).
  • Monitor the market for pricing practices, negotiations and competitors.
  • Track the order book and invoicing for your region to ensure targets are met.
  • Report to the finance department: expense reports following company procedures and a monthly travel schedule submitted in advance.
  • Produce monthly reports with an assessment of your region.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commercial Management or related fields.
  • Essential: experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in prospecting and managing a client portfolio.
  • Strong communication: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Resilience: ability to handle rejection and challenges while maintaining motivation and focus on targets.
  • Flexibility: adapt to different situations and demands, adjusting approaches as needed.
  • Proactivity and self-responsibility: strong sense of ownership for results and willingness to take initiative to achieve goals.
