About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Criar, taguear e otimizar campanhas de performance (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Entender e acompanhar a jornada de compra do cliente (topo, meio e fundo de funil)
Executar o ecossistema de ferramentas, configurar o CRM e integrar ferramentas via Zapier, instalar pixels de rastreamento e estruturar dashboards de dados (Looker Studio).
Receber demanda do Head baseada na análise e estratégia da diretoria.
Análise do cenário atual, identifica o gargalo e define as ações.
Criação de cronograma e o escopo do que precisa ser feito junto com o Head.
Lançar novas campanhas de outbound e inbound, escrever o copy do e-mail, configurar a ferramenta de automação, e criar a página de captura (Landing Page).
Emissão de relatório, identificar o que funciona e apresentar os resultados a alta liderança
