About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect leads using internal databases, available tools, and the operation's commercial drivers.
- Work leads according to the ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) defined by the sales team.
- Enrich lead information to personalize outreach and increase prospecting accuracy.
- Execute multichannel cadences via email, WhatsApp, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels defined by the company.
- Conduct initial qualification using sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, identifying fit, needs, and potential to advance.
- Log all interactions in the CRM (Salesforce) comprehensively and in a standardized manner.
- Correctly classify qualified and disqualified leads, recording reasons and relevant notes.
- Schedule meetings with the sales team for qualified leads.
- Create opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce) with consistent data to ensure continuity of the sales process.
- Follow up with scheduled prospects to reduce no-shows and increase attendance.
- Maintain regular alignment with the sales team regarding accounts and opportunities.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
- Recommend process improvements based on data, learnings, and hands-on funnel experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in active prospecting and lead qualification.
- Management of multichannel cadences.
- Experience using CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Strong data organization and commercial information recording skills.
- Application of qualification methodologies such as SPIN Selling.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
