Key responsibilities & impact

Support payroll processing and verification;
Conduct hiring and termination procedures;
Control and verify employment documentation;
Support time clock control and resolve discrepancies;
Record vacations, leaves, benefits, and personnel movements in the system;
Assist with submission and verification of eSocial events;
Support management of labor charges (FGTS, INSS and IRRF);
Provide employee support to clarify questions related to HR/payroll;
Assist with tracking accrual periods and vacation scheduling;
Support audits, internal controls and document organization for the area;
Ensure compliance with deadlines and routines in accordance with current labor legislation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in:
- Human Resources;
- Business Administration;
- Accounting;
- related fields;
Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
Previous experience in Personnel/Payroll routines;
Knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of eSocial;
Experience with payroll systems;
Experience with electronic time and attendance systems;
Knowledge of TOTVS Protheus.
