About the role

  • Supervise, develop, and coach the Pre-Sales team (SDRs);
  • Define and monitor team goals, metrics, and KPIs (MQL, SQL, conversion, SLA, productivity);
  • Design and optimize inbound and outbound prospecting processes;
  • Ensure proper use of the CRM (Salesforce), standardizing records, stages, and qualification criteria;
  • Analyze sales funnel data and recommend continuous improvements;
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and targets;
  • Develop scripts, playbooks, and training programs for the team;
  • Monitor the quality of generated opportunities and collect feedback from the Sales team;
  • Serve as a bridge between commercial strategy and operational execution;
  • Support commercial leadership in pipeline predictability.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Sales, or related areas;
  • Experience managing or leading commercial/sales teams;
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce);
  • Knowledge of sales funnel, commercial metrics, and sales processes;
  • Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile;
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to provide feedback and develop people.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
