About the role

  • Prepare employment contracts and contract amendments on a daily basis
  • Process mandatory pre-employment declarations and prepare onboarding documents for new hires
  • Draft various types of response letters and issue assorted certificates and attestations
  • Create and maintain employee personnel files
  • Assist with registering employees for occupational health and monitor follow-up medical appointments
  • Manage employee enrollments in the company health plan (mutuelle) and handle supplemental insurance (prévoyance) files
  • Respond to employee inquiries and advise managers on administrative HR matters
  • Handle declarations of workplace and commuting accidents
  • Issue work certificates and ensure data compliance for France Travail attestations
  • Register employees and update information on the Staff&Go digitalization platform
  • Manage ad hoc and specific HR cases

Requirements

  • Hold a Bac+2 qualification in Human Resources (equivalent to an associate degree)
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR administrative procedures
  • Proven 5 years of experience in similar positions
  • Familiarity with the BAD and/or FEHAP collective agreements
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
