Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex implementation projects and strategic workstreams
Drive delivery strategy, execution planning, governance, and escalation management
Support feasibility studies, assessments, and implementation sizing activities
Support pre-sales and customer proposal activities with delivery expertise
Influence scope, delivery approach, and risk mitigation through implementation input
Mentor Project Leads and Specialists and support capability development
Lead internal improvement programs, delivery standards, and knowledge management initiatives
Represent implementation teams in senior stakeholder forums
Engage with senior management stakeholders and manage customer and internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading complex implementation projects
Strong project management and delivery leadership capabilities
Strong technical background
Expertise in systems integration, application lifecycle management, governance, testing coordination, and impacted application landscapes
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and senior leadership engagement skills
Experience supporting feasibility assessments, implementation sizing, delivery planning, and risk management
Strong business and product mindset
Proven mentoring and coaching experience
Track record of driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence
