Key responsibilities & impact

Drive Technical Design for the Hospitality Transformation
Manage and contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base that documents both the current and future state of the Hospitality Platform.
Collaborate with Architecture and Program Teams to Support Cloud Governance
Define, govern, and monitor non‑functional requirement (NFR) strategies—such as reliability, performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency—along with corresponding compliance KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
Track and report on knowledge‑base adoption and compliance KPIs at both the knowledge‑stream level and across product and business units.
Conduct studies and develop recommendations to enhance self‑service learning capabilities across knowledge streams, including development and operational documentation such as how‑to guides and troubleshooting resources.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Experience – 14 Years
Hospitality Platform Knowledge Base Stewardship
Core initiatives may include: Cross–business capability data and event sharing, Data model productization and standardization, End‑to‑end observability across platforms and services, User analytics and behavioural insights, Third‑party data distribution, integration, and connectivity models
Partner closely with R&D, Operations, and Product Management to define best practices and ensure broad adoption.
