About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Technical Design for the Hospitality Transformation
  • Manage and contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base that documents both the current and future state of the Hospitality Platform.
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Program Teams to Support Cloud Governance
  • Define, govern, and monitor non‑functional requirement (NFR) strategies—such as reliability, performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency—along with corresponding compliance KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
  • Track and report on knowledge‑base adoption and compliance KPIs at both the knowledge‑stream level and across product and business units.
  • Conduct studies and develop recommendations to enhance self‑service learning capabilities across knowledge streams, including development and operational documentation such as how‑to guides and troubleshooting resources.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Experience – 14 Years
  • Hospitality Platform Knowledge Base Stewardship
  • Core initiatives may include: Cross–business capability data and event sharing, Data model productization and standardization, End‑to‑end observability across platforms and services, User analytics and behavioural insights, Third‑party data distribution, integration, and connectivity models
  • Partner closely with R&D, Operations, and Product Management to define best practices and ensure broad adoption.
