About the role

  • Account management: Build and maintain strong, long-term, trust-based relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders
  • From signature to go-live: Drive the customer ramp up and integration in a context of low maturity in a new business vertical, where we need to ensure that our product will be implemented in a successful manner, in order to drive early bookings
  • Adoption and Performance: Lead initiatives to increase product adoption, track KPIs and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Customer insights and engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, ensuring customer priorities are addressed while monitoring satisfaction, adoption, and performance to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Cross-Functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with Travel Unit and Hospitality teams to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Support the sales team during and after initial prospect engagements by participating in discovery meetings and workshops to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and business value
  • Support sales teams and contribute to proposals, RFPs, and delivery plans in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Product Mastery: Act as a bridge between sales and delivery teams, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations and maximize account value
  • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to provide structured customer feedback and influence roadmap
  • Reporting: Proactively manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools up-to-date pipeline data (sales stages, expected close dates, forecasts)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree
  • 5–6 years of experiences in account management or a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive decisions and account strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach to customer issues, and ability to work autonomously
  • Understanding of industry trends, business practices, and regional/cultural nuances; knowledge of the tours and activities sector is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and innovation
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or German is highly desirable.
