About the role
- Identify and qualify target accounts for outreach and engagement, delivering actionable leads to the commercial team.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, prioritizing by value and strategic fit.
- Collaborate closely with field sales, account strategy, and marketing teams to advance opportunities and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos.
- Prepare and present media proposals, working with internal teams (customer delivery, media pricing, legal) to ensure client needs are met.
- Support client onboarding for the first 2-3 months post-sale, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.
- Assist with renewal pitches and complex deals, providing expertise and support as needed.
- Vet potential clients for suitability, leveraging market knowledge to guide strategic decisions.
- Deliver demos and presentations to customers (in person or virtually).
- Support renewals for large, critical deals and contribute to retention efforts.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders frequently, including Directors of Sales, Sales Leadership, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in digital media sales or similar roles ideally within the hospitality industry or SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise with digital media platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and a strong understanding of the sales process and buyer cycle.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; able to engage effectively with C-level clients and internal teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results and building lasting relationships.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and high-energy approach; able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
