About the role

  • Participate in the deployment of security solutions including Logon and Security Server (LSS) and Single Sign-On (SSO), enabling customers to securely onboard Amadeus Hospitality products.
  • Partner with internal teams and external clients to align technical goals, eliminate roadblocks, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Participate in developing the implementation lifecycle—from planning and scoping to execution and delivery—resolving challenges and driving project success.
  • Work with teams to design and implement tooling and automations to ensure implementing CIAM is scalable.
  • Elevate customer enablement by creating and refining knowledge base content, embedding intuitive guidance into every step of the onboarding journey.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of CIAM/SSO solutions using protocols such as OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years delivery management experience.
  • 5+ years security management experience in the software industry or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • English is mandatory.
  • Specific knowledge Amadeus Logon and Security (LSS) experience is a major plus.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience is a major plus.
  • Single-Sign-On (SSO) knowledge is a plus.
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
