About the role

  • Support transversal teams on privacy and AI matters.
  • Assist with contract negotiations involving customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Amadeus’ security, data governance, and compliance teams on AI and privacy-related issues.
  • Identify and assess legal and compliance risks associated with AI and privacy regulations and support actions to address these risks.
  • Provide legal guidance to technical teams and business units on interpreting these regulations.
  • Translate legal requirements into technical requirements and integrate them into operations through policies and processes.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and help ensure the organization adapts accordingly.
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs to educate stakeholders about privacy, AI, and technology regulations, ensuring the required level of understanding.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of global privacy, AI, and technology regulations.
  • Experience in contract negotiations with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with security, data governance, and compliance teams.
  • Skilled in assessing legal and compliance risks and providing actionable guidance.
  • Capable of translating regulatory requirements into operational policies and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering training and educating stakeholders.
  • Industry certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, or Certified DPO are considered a strong plus.
