About the role
- Lead quality assurance efforts in projects and products
- Oversee test activities, including the execution of brush tests
- Drive preventive and corrective actions to maintain software quality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline execution
Requirements
- Apply advanced technical knowledge to help the team achieve shared goals and quality standards
- Lead in your area of expertise and mentor Specialists and Senior Specialists
- Analyze complex, cross-functional problems
- Define and maintain the test strategy and plan for the project, product, or release
- Collaborate with customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitor software quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver clear, regular quality reports to stakeholders
