Implementation Specialist

• Participate in ensuring that Flight Safety is at the forefront of our delivery.
• Perform Airline Weight and Balance engineering (AHM565/X565) data analysis.
• Support Departure Control System (DCS) data configuration for engineering, seating & business related data.
• Perform tests to validate aircraft Weight & Balance data.
• Present training material to internal and external customers.
• Assist in the maintenance of training material.
• Perform administration of training delivery.
• Work with team members to continuously improve efficiency, productivity and Flight Safety.
• Deliver consultancy services to airline and other industry customers.
• Work with R&D teams to design, evaluate and test new system functionality against flight safety and compliance standards.
• Support the sales process with potential new customers.
