Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Advanced/Fluent English (required)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Experience with Jamf Pro administration
- macOS administration and troubleshooting
- Management of Windows and Apple devices
- Experience with Windows Autopilot
- Knowledge of Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Endpoint Security
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory
- Knowledge of PowerShell and automation
- Experience with MDM/UEM and corporate endpoint management
- Experience with patch management, software deployment, and device enrollment
- Advanced or fluent Spanish (preferred)
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Bash, shell scripting or Python, Jamf and Microsoft certifications, and knowledge of Zero Trust and endpoint security best practices (preferred)
