Key responsibilities & impact

Design, configure, and support Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations and execution of order-to-cash and vehicle sales processes.
Configure and support SAP SD and VMS functionalities, including vehicle ordering, wholesale, retail, and distribution processes.
Ensure correct integration of SD with Nota Fiscal processes, including SEFAZ communication and compliance.
Manage pricing, billing, delivery, and order-to-cash flows specific to the Brazilian automotive market.
Work with tax engines to ensure compliance with ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS.
Collaborate with MM, FI, and localization teams for smooth integration across modules.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in SAP SD and VMS (Vehicle Management System).
Proven experience with Nota Fiscal (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e) processes in Brazil, including SEFAZ integration.
Strong understanding of Brazilian taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS) and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA localization for Brazil.
