About the role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
  • Focus on optimizing operational routines and improving efficiency through technology
  • Create automated workflows (flows, approvals, integrations)
  • Develop low-code applications with Power Apps to optimize processes
  • Map processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Implement RPA solutions that ensure scalability and maintainability
  • Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of developed robots and workflows
  • Document automated processes and create technical manuals
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing automations
  • Collaborate with business areas to understand needs and propose solutions
  • Monitor performance indicators of implemented automations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience in automation development
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps)
  • Data handling with Excel files, CSV, JSON, APIs, and databases
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience with Git/GitHub for version control
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database integration
  • Familiarity with orchestration and task scheduling tools
  • Portfolio or case studies of developed automations (desirable).
