About the role
- Responsible for configuring and managing physical and virtual servers
- Process automation (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform)
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Containers and Kubernetes clusters
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
- Logging (ELK, Splunk)
- Pipeline security (DevSecOps)
- Development of autonomous agents (Gemini / Vertex AI)
- Creation of complex flows with reasoning, memory, RAG and orchestration
- Integration with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
- Automation and analysis of legal documents (triage, legal opinions, external inquiries)
- Building AI architectures in production (GCP: Cloud Run, Functions, BigQuery, etc.)
- Defining AI best practices, security, governance and observability
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or computing-related area
- Postgraduate degree optional (minimum 360 hours)
- Strong experience in test automation, with expertise in Playwright
- Solid knowledge of software quality, automated testing and QA best practices
- Ability to work autonomously and strategically, collaborating with technical and business teams
- Experience in agile environments and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience testing messaging with Kafka
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Experience in software, AI, data science or automation
- Experience with LLMs, intelligent agents, RAG and production-grade solutions
- Experience with enterprise RPA
- Strong systems integration experience (APIs, ERPs, CRMs, legal systems)
- Solid knowledge of GCP and Vertex AI
- Python and/or Node.js
- Knowledge of the financial market or trading environments
- Familiarity with other automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, etc.)
- Preferred certifications (one or more): AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Associate Cloud Engineer, Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, AWS Developer Associate, DevOps Tools Engineer (LPI), KCNA, CKA, CKAD, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, Red Hat OpenShift Administrator or Developer
