About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development of category strategy and lifecycle management for the mixers and shower systems category
- Contribute to assortment development and optimization through structured analysis and recommendations
- Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, sales performance, and profitability to support category decisions
- Benchmark category performance across markets and channels and provide actionable insights
- Support assortment planning and optimization for key clients and retail partners
- Contribute to pricing architecture, margin analysis, and promotional planning
- Monitor category KPIs and translate data into insights and recommendations for commercial teams
- Recommend assortment and category adjustments based on performance analysis and business requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in category analytics, commercial analytics, business analytics, category management support, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, pricing, profitability, and market data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets and structured analysis
- Experience in performance reporting, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision support
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English
