Category Specialist – Mixers & Shower Systems

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development of category strategy and lifecycle management for the mixers and shower systems category
- Contribute to assortment development initiatives through structured analysis and recommendations
- Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, sales performance, and profitability to support decision-making
- Benchmark category performance across markets and channels and provide structured insights
- Support the development and optimization of assortment structures for key clients and retail partners
- Contribute to pricing architecture and margin-related analysis
- Provide analytical input for promotional planning to support category visibility and performance
- Monitor KPIs and translate data into insights and recommendations for commercial teams
- Propose assortment and strategy adjustments based on performance analysis and business requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in category management, product management, brand management or similar role
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into decisions
- Experience with Excel and structured data analysis
- Strategic thinking with long-term category development focus
- Fluent English
