About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning, infrastructure and execution of AAIC's main program and events.
  • Assist the AAIC Scientific Program Committee in project management.
  • Develop agenda documents and manage scheduling for key events.
  • Coordinate and operationalize ISTAART-led programming.
  • Manage abstract submission processes across AAIC and related scientific meetings.
  • Support communications and marketing for AAIC year-round.
  • Maintain documentation and report updates on submissions and reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 or more years of relevant professional experience in scientific meetings, conference management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional project management, time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and Google Suite.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and meeting submission technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Valid passport for travel throughout the US and internationally.
