About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, infrastructure and execution of AAIC's main program and events.
- Assist the AAIC Scientific Program Committee in project management.
- Develop agenda documents and manage scheduling for key events.
- Coordinate and operationalize ISTAART-led programming.
- Manage abstract submission processes across AAIC and related scientific meetings.
- Support communications and marketing for AAIC year-round.
- Maintain documentation and report updates on submissions and reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 or more years of relevant professional experience in scientific meetings, conference management, or a related field.
- Exceptional project management, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and Google Suite.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and meeting submission technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
- Valid passport for travel throughout the US and internationally.
