About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Medical and Scientific Relations team with operational execution
- Provide assistance with membership operations
- Support PIA programming logistics and communications
- Track PIA membership figures and produce reports
- Collaborate with marketing and communications for email messaging
- Maintain and update ISTAART and PIA content across digital platforms
- Support on-site logistical organization for ISTAART and PIA events
- Serve as primary member-facing point of contact for ISTAART inquiries
- Travel to select scientific meetings to support ISTAART activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- 3 or more years of relevant professional experience in membership management, scientific programs, or a related field
- Exceptional project management, time management and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and Google Suite
- Experience in tracking large datasets in Excel / Google Sheets
- Analytical skills for handling large datasets
- Experience using virtual meeting platforms and technology interfaces
- Experience with CRM systems, membership management platforms, and electronic survey systems
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
- Ability to travel throughout the US and internationally if needed
- Valid passport
