About the role
- Take revenue responsibility for and actively develop your sales territory
- Actively build and expand the customer network in your region
- Advise and support master roofers, distributors, architects and building owners
- Implement operational and strategic initiatives in a targeted manner
- Organize and conduct customer events and activities
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training (e.g., master roofer) or equivalent professional background, or degree (e.g., construction technician, civil engineer)
- Several years of experience in field sales
- Good technical understanding
- Customer-focused mindset and collaborative, partnership-based working style
- Confident presence, negotiation skills and assertiveness
