About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • We're looking for self-employed associates with existing relationships in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) or corporate hospitality world.
  • The role is simple: you bring your clients onto the platform.
  • When one of your clients uses Always Friday to source a venue and a booking is confirmed, you earn commission.
  • You don't run the process, we do. You bring the relationship.
  • This isn't a full-time job. It's a mandate you add to what you already do, putting the relationships you've already built to work.
  • Self-employed: you choose your own hours and work remotely.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A proven background in MICE, hospitality or event management
  • An active network of your own corporate clients, meeting planners or PCOs — real, warm relationships, not "I could find them"
  • The credibility to present a digital tool confidently to your contacts
  • Commercial autonomy, no restrictive covenants or non-compete that would stop you introducing your clients
  • Have left a role at a hotel, hotel group or events agency and kept their relationships warm (e.g. Director of Sales, Cluster/Group Sales, Convention/MICE Sales)
  • Already work as an independent venue finder, meetings & events consultant or freelance meeting planner and want a differentiating tool in their offer
  • Are an agency account manager with broad corporate relationships considering going independent
  • It is not for people looking for a salaried position, or who don't already have relationships in the sector.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • Commission-only model: no retainer, no exclusivity
  • Early access to the platform and direct onboarding support from the team
  • Ready-made sales materials (pitch, deck, FAQ): you don't start from scratch
  • Full transparency; real-time tracking of the commission you've earned
  • Room to grow within the programme as the network scales
