About the role
- Drafting various pleadings and legal motions
- Use of judicial auxiliary systems (SISBAJUD, RENAJUD, INFOJUD, SNIPER) and external search tools to locate assets
- Evaluating recovery feasibility and recommending measures to the coordination team
- Direct liaison and negotiation to formalize agreements favorable to the client
- Updating the case management system based on assigned caseload
Requirements
- Prior experience (internship or legal practice) in Civil Litigation or Credit Recovery
- Organized and able to manage a high volume of cases
