QA Engineer

• Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed QA team supporting both hardware and software product lines
• Build and maintain a well-structured QA organization capable of supporting Engineering sprint planning, backlog grooming, and early requirement review
• Coordinate workload, assign test responsibilities, and ensure consistent execution of test plans across multiple concurrent releases
• Oversee end-to-end test strategy, including manual and automated testing of features, firmware, and hardware components
• Develop and expand QA automation frameworks for both hardware and software releases to improve test coverage, speed, and repeatability
• Provide clear, timely, and actionable communication of test results, risks, and release impacts to Engineering, Product Management, and Operations
• Maintain documentation, test notes, and QA artifacts across multiple simultaneous projects

• Develop and implement plans to create strategic account wins with tier 1 & 2 security dealers and integrators.
• New business development through strong prospecting and closing sales with our new Security and Home Automation platform.
• Ensure the region successfully meets and exceeds all revenue, profitability, and market share targets across all solutions.
• Promote and market Alula’s solution offerings, ensuring that the company achieves positive brand equity and captures market/mind share.
• Develop customer proposals to secure new business and achieve regional objectives.
• Develop and grow strong sales pipeline, month-over-month, managed through SalesForce.com.
• Responsible for achieving forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Responsible for achieving revenue targets on monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
• Responsible for complete and accurate on-going maintenance of accounts, forecasts, proposals, and account activity in the company customer relationship management (CRM) tool Salesforce.com.
• Perform special projects as directed by management.
• Automobile/Air travel as needed; up to 75% travel.

Hardware Engineer

• Develop, write, and optimize firmware code for embedded systems and microcontrollers.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to understand system requirements and constraints.
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot firmware issues using various tools (e.g., oscilloscopes,logic analyzers, emulators).
• Implement real-time firmware solutions for controlling hardware components such as sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet).
• Perform code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of firmware development practices.
• Maintain and update firmware code repositories, including version control and documentation.
• Develop automated testing frameworks for verifying firmware functionality and performance.
• Optimize power consumption and performance efficiency of embedded systems.
• Document firmware design processes,test procedures, and specifications for product designs.
• Write andmaintain technical documentation for firmware and associated components.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to embedded systems and firmware development.
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
