About the role
- Assist the Sales Administration (Order Management) team with their daily tasks
- Record customer orders and organize shipments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and keep customers informed (order tracking, lead times, product unavailability, out-of-stock items, end-of-life products, etc.)
- Be responsible for the accuracy of logistical information in the software/system
- Monitor updates and manage backorders
- Manage customer quotations
- Respond to customer pricing requests according to the prices listed in the management system
Requirements
- Two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Spanish language skills are a plus
