About the role

  • Assist the Sales Administration (Order Management) team with their daily tasks
  • Record customer orders and organize shipments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and keep customers informed (order tracking, lead times, product unavailability, out-of-stock items, end-of-life products, etc.)
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of logistical information in the software/system
  • Monitor updates and manage backorders
  • Manage customer quotations
  • Respond to customer pricing requests according to the prices listed in the management system

Requirements

  • Two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable with office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
