About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of arbitration specialists, ensuring daily and monthly goals are met
- Oversee arbitration case preparation, filing, and defense, ensuring compliance with arbitration rules and company standards
- Evaluate errors, provide corrective training, and reinforce best practices to improve accuracy and outcomes
- Collaborate with other managers, claims, and recovery leadership to align strategies and maximize recoveries
- Track team KPIs, analyze results, and report performance to leadership
Requirements
- Arbitration experience or subrogation management experience with strong arbitration knowledge
- Proven ability to lead large teams in a high-volume environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and training skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management abilities
- Proficiency with arbitration platforms (e.g., AFI) and claims management systems
