About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor daily workflow and inventory movement
Assist with workload distribution and resource allocation
Track operational productivity and performance metrics
Identify workflow bottlenecks and escalate concerns
Support implementation of operational procedures and best practices
Provide coaching and support to collectors and supervisors
Assist with onboarding and training activities
Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Promote accountability and teamwork
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance
Prepare operational reports and productivity summaries
Assist leadership with performance tracking and trend analysis
Coordinate follow-up on action items and operational initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
Assist with documentation of procedures and training materials
Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
Participate in cross-training and business continuity efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years management or supervisory experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience managing KPIs and operational performance
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
Healthcare, collections, insurance, or revenue cycle experience preferred
