About the role

  • Proactively identifies and pursues high-potential prospects and develops action plans to close new business. Collaborates with Altus team members to create impactful prospect and client presentations that communicate key Altus differentiators throughout the sales process. Drives client meetings to enhance relationships and uncover opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. Focuses on managing mid-level relationships and building long-term partnerships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of at least 3 years of sales experience. A thorough understanding of their clients' businesses and the industry they operate in. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals. Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to guide strategy and decision-making. Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets. Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage client data and sales activities. Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple tasks and manage a large portfolio of accounts. Must be able to travel 2-3 days per month on average.
