About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the enterprise applications function. You will oversee the strategy, operational performance, and evolution of critical business platforms including Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise applications.
Partner across the business. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Technology to understand business priorities.
Drive roadmap planning and operational governance. You will establish stronger structure, prioritization, and delivery governance across the enterprise applications landscape.
Lead and evolve a multidisciplinary team. You will provide leadership, direction, and support to a team of business analysts, developers, and application specialists.
Strengthen delivery and decision-making processes. You will introduce scalable processes, governance standards, and operational discipline across enterprise applications.
Support technology modernization and AI adoption. You will help identify opportunities to modernize workflows, improve operational effectiveness, and leverage emerging technologies.
Collaborate across architecture and technology teams. You will work closely with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and delivery teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

The enterprise applications leadership experience. You have led enterprise applications, business systems, CRM, or technology functions within a complex organization and bring experience overseeing platforms that support critical operational and commercial business processes.
The Salesforce expertise and broader platform mindset. You bring strong Salesforce knowledge and understand platform governance, delivery, integrations, and operational best practices. Exposure to Workday, enterprise business systems, or other large-scale enterprise applications is highly valued.
The stakeholder management and communication skills. You are comfortable operating in highly collaborative environments and partnering with senior leaders across Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
The operational and governance mindset. You have experience introducing structure, prioritization, delivery governance, and scalable operational processes within evolving technology environments.
The people leadership capabilities. You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and creating environments built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The adaptability and forward-thinking approach. You are energized by transformation and comfortable operating in environments experiencing significant growth and change.
The delivery focus and business acumen. You are someone who takes ownership, drives clarity, and follows through.
