About the role

  • Become Argus Certified and grow your knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate field
  • Gain hands-on exposure working on a variety of real estate property projects
  • Prepare cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise and various financial information
  • Learn to prepare Sales Comparison and Cost approaches for an appraisal report
  • Learn and apply tasks that drive the Altus - client process appraisal process
  • Contribute to Argus ValueInsight, setup, scheduling calls, drafting engagement letters
  • Learn to review third-party appraisal reports and compare valuation metrics
  • Complete On-Boarding Training and become ARGUS Certified

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience of 2-5 years in Commercial Real Estate Valuation, Asset Management, Acquisitions, or Underwriting
  • Strong skills in business writing, research, quantitative and analytical skills to complete an end-to-end appraisal review
  • Proficient in Excel (x-lookups, pivot tables, DCF models) and familiar with ARGUS Enterprise
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours
