About the role
- Professional development through Argus Certification
- Hands-on exposure to a range of real estate property projects
- Prepare cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise
- Learn to prepare market analysis and appraisal reports
- Review third-party appraisal reports and ensure compliance with regulations
- Participate in training and On-Boarding Training
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; potential exposure to the CRE industry through internships.
- Strong skills in business writing, research, quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel (x-lookups, pivot tables, DCF models); familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise is a plus.
- Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning and certification.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours.
