About the role
- Professional development and becoming Argus Certified.
- Hands-on exposure to real estate property projects across the country.
- Appraisal management and applying administrative tasks to the appraisal process.
- Preparing and reviewing cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise.
- Conducting market analysis for properties, including gathering and analyzing data on valuation assumptions.
- Reviewing third-party appraisal reports as part of valuation management process.
- Completing onboarding training including Core Competency Training, Business Practices and Ethics & USPAP & Basic Appraisal Principles and Procedures.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; potential exposure to the CRE industry through internships.
- Strong skills in business writing, research, quantitative and analytical skills to complete an end-to-end appraisal review.
- Proficient in Excel (x-lookups, pivot tables, DCF models);
- Familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise is a plus.
- Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning and certification.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours.
