About the role

  • Become Argus Certified and grow your knowledge within the Commercial Real Estate field.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to a range of real estate property projects across the country.
  • Learn and apply administrative tasks that drive the appraisal process.
  • Prepare and review cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise.
  • Learn to prepare market analyses and determine reasonable valuation assumptions.
  • Review third-party appraisal reports as part of the valuation management process.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong skills in business writing, research, quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel (x-lookups, pivot tables, DCF models); familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise is a plus
  • Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning and certification
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
