About the role
- Support leadership and team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Maintain data and employee records (vacation, sick leave, etc.)
- Help organize internal workshops and meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing invoices
- Partner with accounting to support monthly reporting
- Support hiring processes (initial screenings)
- Coordinate equipment and system access for new employees
Requirements
- Prior office/admin experience (ideally in a corporate or professional services environment)
- Must be fluent in English + German
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
