About the role
- The Business Director works closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to manage the full product lifecycle, including go-to-market strategy, service delivery, product management, R&D, legal, finance, and commercial strategy.
- Responsible for the financial performance of a dedicated product or service, including revenue, bookings, and the commercial roadmap, while ensuring strong alignment between business objectives and market demand.
- Gathers market intelligence, monitors industry trends, and builds and maintains relationships with a network of external partners and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Master's degree and asset
- 7+ years of experience in business strategy, product marketing, or related roles.
- Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Experience working with pricing models and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Domain knowledge and expertise either in technology or in the commercial real estate industry preferred.
