About the role

  • Research and identify potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales intelligence platforms
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest
  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify them based on defined criteria
  • Schedule discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM
  • Learn and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective customers
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting-set goals

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience (sales experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new people
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
  • Resilient mindset and positive attitude toward feedback
  • Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Internship or prior experience in sales, customer success, or customer support (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B environments (Nice to Have)
