About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet or exceed individual and corporate revenue targets
- Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, relationship development, and referral partnerships
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and referral sources in your territory
- Educate customers and partners on the company’s financing solutions and value proposition
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and funding teams to ensure smooth and timely deal execution
- Serve as a trusted industry resource for customers and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in equipment finance sales
- Established book of business with strong relationships among end users
- Experience in financing collateral such as specialty vehicles, manufacturing, industrial, marine, yellow iron, or other miscellaneous equipment
- Experience structuring equipment finance transactions in the $200K to $5MM range
- Driven to meet and exceed production goals
- Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and close business
- Comfortable with both written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional integrity
