About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet or exceed individual and corporate revenue targets
  • Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, relationship development, and referral partnerships
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and referral sources in your territory
  • Educate customers and partners on the company’s financing solutions and value proposition
  • Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and funding teams to ensure smooth and timely deal execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success in equipment finance sales
  • Established book of business with strong relationships among end users
  • Experience in financing collateral such as specialty vehicles, manufacturing, industrial, marine, yellow iron, or other miscellaneous equipment
  • Experience structuring equipment finance transactions in the $200K to $5MM range
  • Driven to meet and exceed production goals
  • Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and close business
  • Comfortable with both written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional integrity
