About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establishing and enforcing corporate inventory control and management policies
Coordinate with the Customer Experience Planning team for inventory management
Ensure facilities have sufficient warehouse space and optimized layouts
Optimize inventory control processes and reduce slow-moving/obsolete inventory
Define and document warehouse operating systems and process standards
Create implementation plans for Warehouse Management Systems
Support projects related to production and/or warehouse automation
Develop monthly key performance indicators (KPI’s) for warehouse operations
Provide training and trouble-shoot support for inventory and warehouse processes
Lead continuous improvement and cost savings projects related to inventory management
Participate in all trainings and adhere to safety procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certification or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Business, or other related field
Three to five years of work experience related to inventory management activities
Five to eight years of work experience related to warehouse management activities
Experience with supporting or implementing process improvements
Certification or work experience with Lean or Six Sigma principles
Experience with deploying continuous improvement projects to cross-functional teams
