About the role
- Provide oversight for construction and related project management requests
- Lead project through Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Quality (QA), and Operational Excellence (OpEx)
- Collaborate with engineering teams for project requirements
- Ensure compliance with permitting and site security
- Direct onsite activities for construction related to assigned projects
- Provide timely reporting and documentation of project progress
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding ongoing plant changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Construction Management, Industrial)
- Minimum of 5 years project management and/or project engineering experience
- Experience in directing, leading, and influencing a cross-functional team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to correctly prioritize them
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment
- Travel up to 80% monthly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project/Smartsheet and typical scheduling software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and AutoCAD.
